Wayne Brandsema – Brandmaid Farm, Abbotsford BC.

A young farmer in his 30’s Wayne Brandsema is from a dairy farming family that pioneered the establishment of organic milk farming in BC.

Thanks to his family’s commitment to organic and sustainable farming, he grew up surrounded by the utmost respect for the land, the environment and the animals. No doubt his love for farming and understanding best practices come from there!

Today, Wayne farms a small herd of 60 “heritage” cows – Jerseys and Guernseys- that thrive happily on large lush pastures, and produce highly nutritious milk.
