We go to the ends of the earth to find the best ingredients. And found it’s all about location, location, location. The mushrooms in this soup are from the Fraser Valley in BC, a place mushrooms seem to love, and they make this soup taste just like home.
Ingredients: water, mushrooms, onions, carrots, celery, cream, flour, sunflower oil, mascarpone (cream, butter, modified milk ingredients, locust bean gum, citric acid), butter, garlic, porcini mushroom powder, sea salt, lemon juice, black pepper, organic and/or natural spices, thyme, bay leaf.
